One year Limited Warranty
Green Elec-Motor Incorporated (“Greenemotor”)
warrants this Product against defects in
material or workmanship as follows:
1. LABOR: For Three hundred sixty-five days from the date of
purchase (invoice date), if this Product is
determined to be defective, Greenemotor will
repair or replace the Product, at its
option, at no charge, or pay the labor
charges to any Greenemotor Authorized
Service Representative.
2. PARTS AND ACCESSORIES: Greenemotor will supply, at no charge,
new or rebuilt replacements in exchange for
defective parts for (365) days. This
warranty does not cover Battery packs (6
month), Rubber Tires, Brake pads or
consumable parts, and Tools (if applicable).
This Limited Warranty does not include
cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of
God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or
modification of, or to any part of the
Product. This warranty does not include
damage due to improper operation or
maintenance, connection to improper voltage
supply, or attempted repair by anyone other
than a Greenemotor Authorized Service
Representative. This warranty is valid only
in the United States.
Neither Greenemotor nor anyone else involved
in the development, production, sales,
marketing, or delivery of this Product shall
be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, exemplary, or
punitive damages, including lost profits,
arising from the use of or inability to use
the product, even if advised of the
possibility of such damages. Because some
states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of consequential or incidental
damages, the above limitation may not apply
to you. This Limited Warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may have
other rights, which vary from State to
State.
This Limited Warranty is invalid if the
factory-applied serial number and VIN number
has been altered or removed from the
Product.
To obtain warranty service, you must obtain
a RMA from Greenemotor and take the Product
in its original packaging to any Greenemotor
or any Greenemotor Authorized Service
Representative. You are responsible for all
shipping charges. A purchase receipt or
other proof, which is evidence that the unit
is within the Limited Warranty period, will
be required before warranty performance is
rendered.
